DELIVERY

Each online order processed has a delivery cost attached to it, calculated on the basis of the total size and weight of the parcel.

All items are sent via courier or via Royal Mail 2nd Class. Once you have placed an order, it will be dispatched either the same working day or the next working day depending on the time the order was placed. You should therefore typically expect delivery 3-5 working days after we receive your order, however please allow up to 10 working days for your items to arrive from the date of purchase. Some orders may arrive in more than one parcel and via different couriers and may require a signature.

If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date because of an event outside of our control, we will inform you of this via email with a revised estimated delivery date.

If you are unavailable when our delivery partner tries to deliver your order, they will usually try to deliver again the next working day or they will drop a card through your door to offer you a collection from a local collection point.

You have the option to specify particular delivery instructions when placing the order and this will be communicated to the courier / postal service. However, we cannot guarantee that they will adhere to this. Please be aware that if you request for your order to be left in a safe place, we cannot be held responsible for any losses or parcels going missing and this is requested at your own risk.

After the order has been placed, it is unfortunately not possible to change the delivery address unless this is immediately communicated.

At Westons Interiors, we endeavour to be socially and environmentally responsible. In line with this aim, we aim to re-use packaging wherever possible and recycle any excess paper, cardboard and materials to and avoid such items ending up in landfills. This means the packaging of your parcel may not be the most beautifully designed, but we hope you support us with this.
