We hope that you love our products as much as we do. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will be happy to offer a full refund or exchange. Requests for returns must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.
Items must be returned unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
To request a refund, please contact us via email at email@example.com or by filling out the form on the contact page. Items should not be returned to Westons Interiors without prior agreement.
If your purchase has been damaged while in transit to you, please ensure you send photographic evidence of both the damaged item(s) and the packaging. All damages must be reported via email within 48 hours of delivery and the original delivery label and packaging must have been kept.
You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item(s), unless it can be proven that the item was damaged in transit to you. We therefore recommend you ensure products are sufficiently wrapped and use a reputable courier to avoid damage or loss of the item(s).
Once we have received and checked your returned item(s), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received them, and we will process the refund.
